Posting Type: Open vacancyWe are seeking a detail-oriented Members Coordinator to support one of our regulatory based clients in the financial space. This role operates within a high-volume, compliance-driven environment and is responsible for accurate processing of member transactions, adherence to governing policies, and delivering professional service to members and stakeholders.Responsibilities:- Process applications, renewals, dues, CPD declarations, and audits
- Review files for compliance with policies and regulations
- Draft decision letters and member communications
- Respond to member inquiries and escalations
- Support membership disciplinary processes, including file review and preparationQualifications:- 2+ years of experience in administration, customer service, or a regulatory/membership environment
- Strong attention to detail with ability to manage high-volume, deadline-driven work
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
