- Help our clients with accuracy, thoroughness, & "wow factor" service.
- Direct all incoming calls appropriately to our Sales or Customer Success Departments.
- Complete daily administrative tasks as assigned.
- Perform daily office maintenance and upkeep tasks as assigned.
- Complete daily lead generation activities.
- This role requires both warm and cold calling, and the successful candidate must be comfortable with and excel at- lead generation activities.
- 1 year experience in reception/administrative work (required)
- General Level 1 Insurance License -(preferred/ability to attain)
- Cold Call experience (preferred)
- Excellent communication, written, verbal and listening skills
- Self-motivated, goal oriented and enthusiastic
- Diligent and hardworking
- Proactive in problem solving
