Participate in process/technology improvement projects (Fieldglass configuration, master data).
Support daily Fieldglass transactions with quality checks.
Liaise between technical teams and stakeholders.
Onboard leaders, project support, suppliers, and contractors to Fieldglass/tools (training included).
Facilitate P2P issue resolution for "on-time pay."
Provide technical support, troubleshoot, collaborate with developers.
Analyze and optimize business processes.
Generate data-driven reports using Power BI and Excel.
Provide other analytical support/reporting.
Assist with special projects/tasks.Qualifications
Bachelor's in Business Admin, Info Systems, or related field.
4+ years related experience.
Strong problem-solving, conflict resolution skills.
Demonstrated confidentiality and discretion.
Commercial acumen, contract experience, understanding of rates/T&Cs.
Data analysis skills (pull reports, analyze, provide insights).
Proficient in Microsoft Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint.
Clear writing, solid grammar for documentation.Summary
