Seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead multi-family projects from pre-construction through close-out. Must be a strong communicator, organized, and proactive in problem-solving. Collaborative leadership and attention to detail are key.Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and schedule projects in coordination with site teams
- Manage budgets, change orders, and contracts
- Communicate with clients, consultants, and trades
- Track project costs and ensure timely invoicing
- Run site meetings and ensure documentation is up to date
- Oversee project close-out including handover documents and lessons learned
- 6–8 years’ experience in construction PM
- Strong understanding of contract drawings and construction processes
- Proficient in project documentation and cost tracking
- Degree/diploma in construction, business, or related field (preferred)
- Valid driver’s license
