RQ10022 - Business Analyst - SeniorDuration: 159 Business daysLocation: Toronto, ON (Onsite)Assignment DeliverablesAs a member of the OPGT modernization data analytics and reporting team, you will be responsible to build and deliver modernized reports from the new data warehouse/lakehouse. A high-level list of deliverables follows:· Lead and conduct business and system analysis in respect to building the golden layer of the data lakehouse and modernized reports in PowerBI..· Lead the effort into defining the reporting MVP; document legacy reports in scope of MVP; conduct gap analysis and provide recommendations.· Document report requirements in user stories in DevOps. Conduct analysis at varying levels of detail, appropriate to the project and phases of project, aligning with OPS standards.· Liaise between Business Areas and the data migration and reporting team, to clarify business requirements and translate them into system and reporting requirements.· Conduct business modeling; use case modeling; conceptual and logical data modeling; process and data flow modeling; use case surveys; business rules definition and non-functional requirements definitions for assigned projects, including report requirements, screen specifications, business rules, data migration requirements, etc.· Produce/update documentation which will allow future support of the implemented solutions.· Assist with identifying and resolving data quality issues, defining test cases, performing data reconciliation, and addressing any issues or discrepancies that arise during the testing phase; developing KPIs to report on the progress, completeness and quality of the reporting and data migration effort.· Ongoing Support: provide post-migration support, analyze and address data-related issues or questions; help with optimizing data management processes in the new environment.· Other duties as assigned.SkillsExperience and Skill Set RequirementsA Note on the VOR Master Service Agreement:The VOR Master Service Agreement expires on April 5, 2027, and includes a six (6)-month survival clause, allowing the Statement of Work (SOW) to continue, if operationally required, until October 5, 2027. Extension(s) are only allowed using unused days and/or funds remaining on the contract. No additional funds will be added beyond the maximum contract value and any extension options included in the original SOW. JTS may exercise its option(s) to extend the SOW beyond April 5, 2027, in accordance with the survival clause.
