You'll be the first live voice candidates hear — responsible for high-volume outbound calling, conducting brief qualifying conversations, setting accurate role expectations, and booking candidates directly into client interviews. This role has direct strategic relevance to the growth of our clients and Workwolf alike.What You'll Be DoingMaking high-volume outbound calls to warm candidates already in the pipelineConducting structured qualifying conversations to confirm candidate fit and set clear role expectationsLive booking of interviews into hiring manager calendarsLogging call outcomes to keep the pipeline clean and accurateHandling objections, reframing concerns, and maintaining candidate momentum throughout the processWhat You BringStrong verbal communication and listening skills — you can qualify, build trust, and generate excitement quickly over the phoneNatural charisma, social intelligence, and persuasiveness — you know how to read people and move them to actionCompetitive drive with a clear track record of hitting and exceeding targets from day oneFriendly, resilient, and consistent — you stay engaged even when candidates are unresponsive or hesitantBold problem-solver who handles objections and keeps momentum moving forwardStrong ownership mindset — you don't just complete calls, you drive outcomesHighly goal-oriented with the ability to manage volume while maintaining quality conversationsGenuine interest in impact-driven work and the ability to translate that into compelling candidate conversationsTechnical Skills2+ years of outbound sales experience as an individual contributorCold calling experience is an assetComfortable juggling multiple online platforms and using a softphone dialer (Dialpad experience an asset)Quick to learn and adopt new tools, workflows, and technologiesWhat We Can Do For You$21/hour base wage with performance-based bonuses tied directly to outcomes following probationClear line of sight between your performance and your earningsOngoing coaching in sales, communication, and candidate conversionOpportunity for internal growth and advancement based on performanceWorkwolf is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and welcomes all interested parties to apply.
