One of the worlds most recognized global brands is looking for someone to join their team located in Manitoulin Island, Ontario. As a sales rep focused on maintaining existing relationships, you will help them get their famous brands to the people who love them.What you will be doing:Maximize business growth through the acquisition of new customers and maintenance of existing customer in various channels.You are responsible for growing the business in your territory by creating on-going, positive relationships with your customers.Executing our sales plans through selling, merchandising, shelving and building exciting displays in a specifically assigned territoryEngaging and onboarding new customers our products, services and promotions to enhance our in-store presenceEducating and exciting customers about our existing portfolio of beverages and upcoming innovationsDeveloping assigned accounts to achieve sales, market share, product distribution, and customer service targetsLeveraging your knowledge of our key financial measures to deliver sales and profit objectivesEvaluating customer business needs and analyzing market trends to develop service solutionsWorking closely with the delivery and merchandising departments to ensure top quality servicing of all Pepsi accountsWhat you must have:Completion of post-secondary education is requiredMust possess a valid driver’s license and have access to a vehicleMust be able to perform the physical aspects of the job involved in display building and merchandising our products1-2 years of customer service experienceFood Service or Consumer Products experience preferredDemonstrated analytical and organizational skillsDemonstrated strong interpersonal skills and strong presentation skillsDemonstrated computer proficiency with Microsoft SuiteNice to have:1-2 years of direct selling experienceSalary/Rate Range: $60,000 – $62,000For more information about TEEMA and to consider other career opportunities, please visit our website at
