- Work Location – Lachine
- Shift/Hours or Hybrid Environment – On-site, Tuesday to Saturday, 6AM to 2PM
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a unionized manufacturing and production environment, including at least two (2) years as a direct supervisor of a team
- Experience in cleaning and sanitation is considered an asset
- Bilingualism in French (required) and English (an asset), both written and spoken
- Strong understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), health and safety standards, Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP), and ISO standards
- Excellent knowledge of continuous improvement principles and leadership performance, as well as problem‑solving methodologies and tools
- Intermediate level of computer and database application skills; SAP experience is an asset
