- Drive revenue for Hexagon MI Canada services.
- Proactive quoting of customer services for annual calibrations and follow-up to secure orders.
- Following up with new customers to introduce local services and ongoing promotions.
- Focus on recovering Hexagon's Calibrations and other services and keep the install base database up to date.
- Promote Hexagon Service packages.
- Collaborate with Service and Commercial Managers on market needs.
- Scheduling and coordinating onsite and in-house services through completion.
- Arrange service equipment and parts as needed for service visits.
- Process service-related work orders through completion in CRM.
- Coordinate and interface with other internal departments on service issues:Quotes, Purchase orders, Invoicing, Field Service, warehouse, Credits, and RMA parts.
- Review submitted service reports for completeness, verifying with the database all parts and returned materials entered into the system under the designated purchase order. Determine the amount the customer should be invoiced by referring to the service report, original quote, and purchase order.
- Assist the service department with other projects as needed.
- Adhere to organizational policies related to safety, environmental protection, housekeeping, etc., within the area of responsibility.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as required.
- Post-secondary education in Business or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum 5 years of customer service experience.
- Bilingual (English& French) written and spoken.
- Salesforce or other CRM experience preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office with advanced Excel skills.
- Strong analytical and technical problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with ISO standards would be a strong asset.
- Experience with 3-D Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) and portable products with Metrology products
- Self-starter with excellent time management skills to be able to work independently and take initiative.
- Able to maintain good working relationships with all levels of the organization.
- Strong communication, written and verbal skills.
