Quality Assurance Team Lead

• Foster a collaborative and productive work environment within the QA team.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure the release of high-quality software products.
• Participate in requirement analysis, design reviews, and release planning sessions.
• Develop and execute comprehensive testing strategies and release plans.
• Define testing scope, objectives, and timelines in alignment with project goals.
• Monitor the execution of testing and release cycles to ensure adherence to schedules and quality standards.
• Provide regular status updates and reports on testing progress and outcomes.
• Establish and maintain QA metrics to measure testing effectiveness and product quality.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance QA efficiency.
• Maintain a good understanding of Aryza software solutions and industry trends.
• Conduct training sessions for new QA team members on QA processes, tools, and Aryza solutions.
• Engage in QA testing activities as needed, including test case development, execution, and defect management.
• Line Management of a test team.

• Degree Holder in Information Technology or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in QA/testing roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory capacity.
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies and processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to multitask, prioritise work, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in Automation Testing is a plus.
• ISTQB or other software testing certifications would be an advantage.
• Knowledge in Finance, Jira, Zephyr & SQL will be beneficial.
