What you will do
- Develop, set up, and tailor ServiceNow applications for both new and existing deployments.
- Engage with a variety of applications in ServiceNow, including ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, and CSM.
- Establish and configure functional data, including Notifications and Service Level Agreements.
- Create and set up script objects such as Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies and Actions, Client Scripts, and ACLs, as well as create or modify tables and their relationships.
- Establish interfaces between ServiceNow and other platforms based on integration opportunities identified by Solution Architects.
- Conduct design, development, unit testing, and troubleshoot system and integration testing.
- Document the design, development processes, unit test cases, and implementation plans.
- Advise on Administration settings and best practices.
- Collaborate effectively within diverse teams in an inclusive culture that values individual contributions
- At least 4-6 years of experience with ServiceNow, including custom development and configuration
- Proficient in ServiceNow scripting using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML, and REST/SOAP Web Services.
- Understanding and experience with Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, and all scripted components of ServiceNow.
- Ability to customize the ServiceNow user interface and Service Portal using UI pages, CMS, CSS, and Service Portal widgets.
- Knowledgeable in integrations and migrations.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow administration settings, with extensive functional and technical expertise of the platform, and experience in delivering medium to large-scale implementations.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
- Comfortable working in an agile environment that emphasizes continuous feedback and team interaction, with the ability to perform under high pressure.
