Looking for a compassionate and dedicated care aide to provide support for a client starting immediately. The ideal candidate must be available Monday to Friday in the morning and middle of the day. A driver's license is required as the family can provide a car for job-related use. This position is part-time and can be either live-in or live-out. Responsibilities include housekeeping, laundry, meal planning and preparation, bathroom cleaning, hand washing dishes, planning visits, outings, and trips, bathing assistance, palliative care, lifts and transfers, patient positioning, bed baths, bed pan assistance, dressing, grooming, toileting assistance, and range of motion exercises. Experience with incontinence, paralysis, and brain tumors is preferred. The position requires 30-40 hours per week of commitment.
