- Contribute to the definition of the strategy and development of the long-term network to maximize profitability.
- Monitor changes in route profitability (revenues and costs) and the competitive environment.
- Conduct diagnostics and provide route analyses.
- Evaluate growth potential (frequencies, aircraft types, schedules) and propose flight schedule scenarios based on demand and the competitive environment.
- Optimize schedules based on existing partnership agreements and assess the value of future alliances or partnership opportunities.
- Prepare presentations supporting the approval of strategic decisions related to long-term network planning.
- Support the Optimization team with analysis and decision-making.
- Help ensure alignment between network development, and the current program.
- Leverage the expertise of other departments (Revenue Management, Operations, Marketing, Commercial, Product, etc.) to support network development.
- Act as a driver of innovation, particularly in methodologies and modelling.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of tools, processes, dashboards, and reports required to monitor objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in a scientific and/or economic discipline (e.g., mathematics, economics, optimization, operational research). Knowledge of the travel or aviation industry is an asset.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar analytical role.
- Strong analytical, synthesis, and conceptualization skills, with a results-oriented mindset and strong work ethic.
- Ability to consider the collective interest; strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Self-confidence, sense of conviction, initiative, and interest in innovation.
- Good knowledge of the MS Office Suite and statistical tools.
- Ability to adapt in a constantly changing environment.
- Excellent command of MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and demonstrated ease with collaborative digital tools and AI (e.g., Copilot).
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.
- Oral and written fluency in French and English*.
