These centralized services enable the Pharmacist and team at Shoppers Drug Mart locations to spend their time focusing on what is important – the patient! Provide great service, specific expertise, and actionable advice to support Associate-Owners and their staff in delivering the best health, beauty, and convenience services to Canadians.What You'll Do:
- Prepare totes for shipping
- Package and sort prescriptions into shipping totes
- Track prescriptions in central fill software to ensure medications filled and delivered on time
- Operate and maintain ParataMax automation used in the production of vials (replenish inventory and pre-production vials, change prescription labels, clean machine as required)
- Operate and maintain Tompkins Robotics automation
- Operate and maintain CountAssist automation
- Ensure proper storage, handling, disposal of drugs and return to stock in accordance with SOPs
- Troubleshoot automation
- Report automation issues to vial production team leads
- Other duties in production line as required
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures and Team Lead direction, and adhere to all legal requirements, including provincial and federal regulations and bylaws.
- Experience with high volume filling environments an asset
