Earn between $19.02 and $21.47 per hour, depending on your experience and the scope of responsibilities.Key ResponsibilitiesOffer companionship and conversation in Spanish to support emotional well-beingAssist with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, toileting, and hygieneHelp with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and daily routinesAccompany clients to appointments, errands, or community outingsMaintain clear documentation and updates through our care teamWhat We’re Looking ForFluency in Spanish (English fluency is also required for training and documentation)At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience, ideally with seniorsA valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle is requiredKind, respectful, and professional communication skillsAbility to pass a criminal background checkCPR, First Aid, or Food Safe certification is an asset but not requiredAdditional RequirementsMust reside in or near Richmond, BCMust be legally eligible to work in Canada (Citizen, PR, or valid Work Permit)Must be able to communicate in English for documentation, training, and team communicationPreference will be given to candidates who live locally and have their own transportationReady to Make a Meaningful Impact?Join a supportive team that values your language skills, your experience, and your heart.
