Job Title: Staff DevOps EngineerLocation: Toronto -Hybrid (4 days)We are hiring a Staff DevOps Engineer to design and scale a DevOps and MLOps platform for an enterprise-grade semiconductor design automation SaaS. This is a hands-on, senior role responsible for cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, observability, security, and ML infrastructure from day one.You’ll partner closely with software and AI teams to ensure our platform is scalable, reliable, secure, and production-ready.Core ResponsibilitiesArchitect and implement DevOps & MLOps frameworksDesign and manage AWS infrastructure using Terraform (IaC)Build and maintain CI/CD pipelinesOperate containerized workloads using Docker and Kubernetes (EKS/ECS)Establish monitoring, logging, and alertingEnforce security best practices, IAM/RBAC, and compliance controlsRequired Skills & Experience8+ years in DevOps / Infrastructure Engineering5+ years of hands-on AWS experienceStrong expertise in Terraform, Docker, and KubernetesProven experience building CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins or similar)Experience with monitoring/observability (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, CloudWatch)Solid understanding of networking, security, and cloud architectureProgramming/scripting in Python, Bash, Go, YAML/JSONExposure to MLOps (model deployment, MLflow/Kubeflow preferred)Apply: sasha@talenttohire.com
