Our client is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to play a key role in financial reporting, planning, and strategic decision support. This position works with a dynamic team, 5 days in the office, forging relationships with leadership to elevate and grow your career.ResponsibilitiesLead monthly close activities, including accruals, reconciliations, and variance analysisSupport year-end reporting, audit prep, and working papersBuild and maintain annual budgets and rolling forecasts with department leadersAnalyze KPIs, identify trends, and provide actionable insightsPrepare management reports, dashboards, and financial models for senior leadershipPartner cross-functionally on strategic initiatives and ad-hoc analysisDrive automation and process improvements across FP&A and reportingSupport M&A activity, from due diligence through integration and monitoringEnsure compliance with policies, controls, and regulationsQualificationsBachelorâs in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (CPA, CFA, MBA an asset)5+ years in FP&A, financial analysis, or corporate accountingSolid experience with month-end/year-end close and reportingM&A experience is a strong assetAdvanced Excel, ERP, and BI tool proficiency preferredStrong analytical, communication, and presentation skillsAbility to collaborate effectively with all levels of the organization
