Our customers rely on us to identify, implement, and maintain the technology that drives them forward, and know when they do business with CDW, they aren't just getting cutting-edge technology solutions, they're gaining a trusted Microsoft 365 Cloud Consultant.In this role, you'll have the option to work remotely or at the CDW Canada office closest to you.What you'll do· Implement Microsoft Copilot for M365 for our clients, working independently and collaboratively on project-based engagements.· Deliver Microsoft Workshops and Proof of Concepts (PoC) in various areas· Participate in the full project delivery lifecycle from project kickoff, to technical implementation and status update meetings, to project closeout.· Create project documentation such as diagrams and configuration “as-built” documents.· Participate in architectural design discussions and scoping related activities.· Assist pre-sales Solution Architects by reviewing Statement of Work and Work Breakdown documentation to ensure that estimates and expectations align with technical tasks.· Attend company-wide meetings, team meetings, and one-on-one touchpoints with management.· Complete administrative tasks such as time tracking and status reporting.What you need to succeedMust-have· 5+ years of IT experience in a Microsoft 365 implementation/administration role, OR:o 2+ years of IT consulting experience in a Microsoft 365 implementation/administration role.· Experience with Microsoft Copilot, OpenAI or similar technologies and the willingness to complete training and certifications in the AI space.· 2 or more Microsoft certification(s) related to Microsoft 365 administration, security and\or architecture. Equivalent experience will be considered.· Specific implementation experience in 2 or more of the following areas:o Copilot for M365 or equivalento Teams Implementationo SharePoint implementation· Experience troubleshooting in large, enterprise environments with exposure to formal change control processes.· Strong organizational and time management skills (you will be working with multiple different clients and projects at the same time).· Professional demeanor, good communication, eagerness to provide positive business outcomes and excellent customer service.· The ability to pass a background check and attain Government of Canada Security Clearance.· Canadian citizenship or Permanent Resident of Canada status.Nice-to-have· Previous experience as a consultant or in a customer facing technical support role.· Experience managing, administering, and implementing services in large enterprise environment.· Proficiency in Microsoft PowerShell.· Implementation experience in the following areas:o Microsoft Purviewo Microsoft Azureo Microsoft Power Platformo Microsoft Viva· Additional certifications related to Microsoft 365 and Azure.· Knowledge of Microsoft licensing and Partner of Record programs.Who we are:CDW is a leading technology solutions provider to business, government, education and healthcare organizations in Canada, the United States, and the United Kingdom.
