- Greet clients and visitors ensuring a positive first impression
- Professional phone demeanor to be the first point of contact
- Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external clients
- Manage client inquiries efficiently, providing accurate information and directing them to the appropriate individuals or teams
- Assist Executive team as required
- Coordinate appointments and meetings, managing any meeting room bookings and arrange catering
- Provide administrative support to organization employee
- Receive and distribute daily mail, courier packages and mail in a timely manner
- Minimum of 2 years of reception or related professional office experience in a corporate environment
- Strong ability to maintain a professional appearance, conduct, and uphold confidentiality
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional communication, organizational and time management skills
- Client-focused with a strong customer service mindset and the ability to maintain a positive attitude, even in challenging situations
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
