- Configure Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, record types, and validation rules per business requirements
- Build and maintain Flows and automation to support business processes
- Manage user lifecycle including provisioning, deactivation, and quarterly access reviews
- Maintain security model including profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and role hierarchy
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards for business users across all divisions
- Manage Salesforce releases, sandbox refreshes, and deployment coordination
- Monitor system health, storage utilization, and performance metrics
- Handle user support requests and troubleshoot platform issues
- Perform data loading, data quality validation, and duplicate management
- Coordinate with Salesforce support on case management and escalations
- Gather and document enhancement requests from business users across assigned divisions
- Write user stories with clear acceptance criteria and business justification
- Create process flow diagrams, data flow documentation, and functional specifications
- Conduct solution design sessions with stakeholders and technical team
- Support UAT planning, test case development, and execution coordination
- Analyze usage data and recommend process improvements
- Develop and update training materials, user guides, and quick reference cards
- Support change management and user adoption initiatives
- Facilitate regular business review meetings and stakeholder communication
- Track and report on adoption metrics and user feedback
- Support requirements gathering sessions with business stakeholders
- Configure Salesforce components per sprint requirements
- Participate in sprint ceremonies and deliver assigned user stories
- Support UAT by managing test data, environments, and defect tracking
- Document as-built configurations and solution designs
- Assist with training material development and end-user training delivery
- Stay current on Salesforce releases and recommend new features for adoption
- Participate in on-call rotation for critical platform issues if required
- Cross-train with other Salesforce Analysts to ensure coverage

- Strong understanding of Salesforce security model including profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology is an asset
- Able to effectively communicate in both technical and business-friendly language
- Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with business units, corporate departments, key managers, and other stakeholders
- Ability to independently manage multiple activities and organize work to meet deadlines
- Flexibility to adjust to shifting priorities and deadlines
- Preference will be given to candidates with a post-secondary degree or diploma in Information Systems, Business, or related field
- Preference will be given to candidates with Salesforce certifications: Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder
- Strong experience with Salesforce configuration including objects, fields, page layouts, and record types
- Strong experience with Salesforce Flows and automation tools
- Strong experience with reports and dashboards including joined reports and dynamic dashboards
- Experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria
- Experience with data management tools including Data Loader and import wizards
- Background in equipment dealership, manufacturing, or distribution is an asset
- Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Field Service is an asset
- Experience with Marketing Cloud or Data Cloud is an asset
- Familiarity with Apex and SOQL at a read/debug level is an asset
- Experience with training delivery or change management is an asset
