- Own both strategic and tactical planning, as well as execution/delivery of plans for all assigned brand(s)
- Lead the cross-functional brand team, set strategy and priorities, and collaborate closely with partners (Sales, Business Excellence, Education, Medical, etc.) to ensure understanding and alignment to goals, positioning, messaging and tactical plans with field teams
- Shape the development of key campaigns, programs, assets and tools designed to drive and differentiate the assigned brand(s) with both customers (B2B) and consumers (DTC) while maintaining ownership of brand budget(s) and positively influencing brand P&L
- Establish clear brand KPIs that define what success looks like, and regularly analyze performance
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the customer base, through building KOL relationships and dedicating time in-field
- Build strong two-way relationships with Area & International colleagues to efficiently enhance localized Canadian plans, while sharing Canadian best practices with other markets
- Spearhead the innovation planning process for any new launches in assigned brand categories
- Partner closely with Trade & Pricing team to define commercial policy and any customer or consumer pricing/promotional offers in alignment with brand strategy
- Expand thinking beyond BOTOX Cosmetic to embrace combined/integrated Facial portfolio, One Allergan, and One AbbVie
- Indirect supervision for up-to one (1) Associate Product Manager and up-to one (1) Marketing Intern
- Direct ownership of the BOTOX Cosmetic marketing spend
