- Lead the planning, execution, and completion of assurance engagements under ASPE and/or ASNPO, ensuring compliance with professional standards and Firm policies
- Manage a portfolio of clients, acting as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact
- Identify and resolve complex accounting and audit matters (e.g., revenue recognition, business combinations, consolidations, estimates, and going concern considerations)
- Collaborate across service lines to deliver integrated, value-added solutions to clients
- Apply industry and business insight to anticipate client needs and provide practical, strategic recommendations
- Own and grow a portfolio of client relationships, actively developing and executing on a pipeline of new business opportunities, supporting proposals, and expanding relationships with existing clients
- Oversee multiple engagements and ensure quality, efficiency, and profitability across your portfolio
- Coach and mentor Managers, Seniors, and staff through ongoing feedback, performance management, and career development

- CPA designation (or equivalent) required
- 7+ years of public accounting experience, with significant exposure to assurance engagements
- 3+ years of experience in a management or leadership role
- Strong technical knowledge of ASPE and/or ASNPO
- Proven ability to manage multiple engagements and a portfolio of clients
- Demonstrated success in business development and client relationship management
- Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities
