Staff Plus is hiring a Customer Service and Sales Support Executive to join our client in the printing industry in Vaughan. The ideal person is organized, detail-oriented, and has experience in the print industry. You will help manage customer orders, create estimates, and support daily operations.Schedule: Monday - Friday from 9:00am - 5:00pmDuties

Create estimates using Print Smith software
Manage customer orders and ensure deadlines are met
Update customers on order status and delivery times
Work with suppliers and handle purchase orders when needed
Keep records organized and support daily operations

Experience in the print industry is required
Experience using Print Smith or similar software
Basic knowledge of paper types (grains and GSM) and digital printing
Experience in dealing with Promotional Products & Apparel Printing
Good attention to detail and strong organization skills
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
