This role is accountable for maintaining high-quality, reliable program data across T-Lines initiatives. The focus is on ensuring data is accurate, complete, and aligned with established business rules.What you will be doing:
Data Management & Quality StewardshipOwning data quality, including validation of inputs from QC forms, work changes, and cascaded reportsCoordinating monthly updates and variance resolutionReconciling discrepancies and resolving data gaps before they impact reporting or downstream processesEnsuring datasets are trusted and fit for reporting, analysis, and decision-makingWork Management Process Ownership
The role serves as the business process steward for end-to-end work management flows, ensuring alignment across teams and systems.Mapping, documenting and maintaining standardized workflows across delivery partnersIdentifying breakdowns in handoffs, unclear ownership, or inefficient manual stepsEnsuring data touchpoints within each process have clear accountabilityDriving continuous improvement so processes reflect how work is actually executedBusiness Technology & SharePoint Enablement
This role acts as a business-facing technology support, focused on adoption and effective use rather than system configuration.Supporting reporting tools, and SharePoint from a business-process perspectiveReinforcing correct data entry, workflows, and upstream/downstream dependenciesMaintaining SharePoint structures aligned to work management processes and governance needsEscalating technical issues to IT while retaining business ownership of usage and adoptionTraining, Support & Change Enablement
???A key part of the role is enabling teams to work effectively and consistently through guidance and support.Providing hands-on support and training for WPMs and stakeholdersDeveloping lightweight job aids and reference materialsSupporting onboarding by clearly explaining “how the process works” and “what good looks like”Capturing feedback to continuously improve processes, tools, and reportingReporting & Monthly Responsibilities
On a recurring basis, the role ensures program data is current, visible, and actionable.Updating and maintaining program databases to reflect approved changes and current statusProducing and publishing monthly scorecards and performance reportsEnsuring reporting is traceable to source data and highlights trends, risks, and data quality issuesEnabling informed, data-driven decision-making across the programWhat you must have:Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, Economics or related disciplineProject Management Professional (PMP®) designation, preferredAdvanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project)Advanced English skills for professional environment, written and spokenSalary/Rate Range: $69.00 -$85.00 per hourTerm: 12-months contract; most likely to extendThank you for your interest in this opportunity.
