- Dispense with Accuracy: Prepare and verify prescriptions while performing thorough clinical checks.
- Engage with Patients: Provide expert counseling on medications and overall health management.
- Deliver Clinical Services: Administer vaccines and offer other clinical services as per your certification.
- Uphold Compliance: Ensure all actions comply with Ontario pharmacy regulations.
- Lead & Adapt: Supervise pharmacy staff, manage workflow efficiently, and quickly adapt to new store systems and team dynamics.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or PharmD in Pharmacy.
- Licensing: Active registration and good standing with the Ontario College of Pharmacists (OCP).
- Technical Skills: Experience with PropelRx (paper-based) is considered a strong asset.
- Experience: Minimum of one year of experience in a community pharmacy setting preferred.
- Core Strengths: A proactive problem-solver with strong attention to detail and the ability to adapt quickly to new environments.
