Our client, a leader in innovative engineering and advanced manufacturing, is seeking a Millwright to join their team. As a Millwright, you will be part of the maintenance team supporting the fabrication facility. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, a mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.Job Title: MillwrightLocation: Barrie, ONPay Range:Shift: 2:30 PM to 11:00 PMWhat's the Job?
  • Install, assemble, and maintain advanced CNC machines, robotic systems, and PLC-driven equipment.
  • Diagnose mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical issues on complex machinery.
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations, ensuring the safe operation of all equipment.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to enhance machine efficiency and performance.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.
What's Needed?
  • High School Diploma/GED, College (Trade School), and on-the-job training.
  • 5 years relevant experience in a highly technical or automated manufacturing environment.
  • Red Seal or Journeyman Millwright Certification or Equivalent.
  • Proficiency in interpreting blueprints, technical manuals, and schematics.
  • Strong background in troubleshooting and repair of complex mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
