- Respond to and follow up on inbound inquiries and leads generated from marketing campaigns, website inquiries, and other sources.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value proposition of our solutions to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target accounts.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales support teams to develop and execute targeted sales campaigns and strategies.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, including negotiation, contract management, and post-sale follow-up.
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs.
- Continuously update and maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and pipeline in CRM software.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive offerings, and customer needs to effectively position our products in the market.
- Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports to sales management.
- Contribute feedback and insights to product development teams based on customer interactions and market feedback.
- You have a proven track record of success exceeding quotas in B2B sales, preferably in the software, technology, or professional services industries.
- You have exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- You’re self-motivated with a proactive and results-driven approach to sales.

- Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other sales tools is preferred.
- Post-secondary education in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Competitive compensation, based on experience (base: $60K to $80K + commission).
- Paid vacation, paid sick days (5 days), birthdays off (1 day), and 5 bonus company days off (2 days at Christmas, 3 days in the summer).
