Mailroom Clerk – Print & Mail InsertionFast-paced opportunity in the insurance industry supporting high-volume print production and mail operations. This hands-on role combines document handling, quality control, and inventory coordination in a collaborative environment, ideal for detail-oriented individuals seeking stable, on-site work with structured hours.What is in it for you:

  • Work schedule from 7:30 am to 3:30 pm.
  • Full-time position: 37.50 hours per week.

Responsibilities:
  • Insert documents into envelopes according to production requirements.
  • Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards.
  • Organize, store, and manage inventory and supplies.
  • Prepare, package, and label materials for distribution.
  • Receive, sort, and move incoming shipments to appropriate locations.
  • Report damaged or missing items to supervisors.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production targets.
  • Follow safety procedures and complete assigned tasks as needed.
What you will need to succeed:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Additional post-secondary technical training or relevant experience is considered an asset.
  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in a customer service or production environment.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing for extended periods and lifting up to 40 pounds.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy under time constraints.
  • Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe, and related tools.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to changing tasks and priorities.
