This role is for you.We support the Vice-Presidency of Member-Client Relations Direct Insurance, Personal lines (Quebec) within the Property and Casualty Insurance division—a large team of 2,500 employees, including 200 managers, primarily in client relations centers. In this evolving context, we are seeking a Senior Advisor, Business Integration and Change Management who can play a strategic and influential role. Our environment is undergoing major transformation, notably through the deployment of a new interaction platform and technological initiatives that integrate artificial intelligence. These changes require a human-centered, strategic, and agile approach—and that’s where your expertise comes in. You will be responsible for designing and implementing change management strategies that ensure sustainable and engaging integration for our managers and employees. You will help bring the organizational vision to life, support leaders in evolving their leadership posture, and strengthen collective meaning around ongoing transformations. You will act as a strategic advisor to various partners across complex and interconnected mandates. Your ability to navigate ambiguity, build trust-based relationships, and propose concrete solutions will make all the difference.
