We are a small family with a young toddler of 19 months. He isn't potty trained yet but we are in the process of learning about that. We want to find someone reliable who is flexible with the possibility of a cancellation. Our son is very relaxed, doesn't cry much and will calm down quickly if he is upset. We like to get him in bed around 8Pm but we will likely be home to do that. We are looking for someone because we want to go out on dates and we haven't had much time to do so. Our home is small but there is plently of toys for him to play with and he is decently independant. Sometimes he wants affection but will usually only want that from his mommy. We likely will want to interview the babysitter prior to having them an we want to make sure that our son is comfortable with the person before we actually leave to go on a date.
