- Oversee on-site construction projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. Manage project schedules, resources, and materials.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and regulatory standards. Conduct regular safety audits and implement measures to maintain a safe working environment for all staff and subcontractors.
- Lead and coordinate on-site teams, including subcontractors, laborers, and supervisors. Ensure smooth collaboration and effective task delegation, managing both productivity and morale.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on progress, addressing concerns, and managing expectations. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure that all work meets ClearWater's quality standards. Identify potential issues and implement solutions to prevent delays or budget overruns.

- Education in civil engineering, project management, or other related technical fields; a Journeyperson certificate is an asset.
- Site management experience in industrial, energy, or large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Strong leadership skills, including the ability to manage teams, resolve conflicts, and ensure productive collaboration.
- Experience with quality control measures, procurement processes, and scheduling.
- Experience analyzing project and operational financial data, with the ability to implement performance action plans to improve results.
