Temporary Full Time-We're looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support the planning, coordination and execution of marketing initiatives in Product Marketing. This role will work closely with Marketing Managers, Associate Marketing Managers and cross-functional partners to help bring campaigns and programs to life, ensuring work is delivered on time, on brand and to a high standard.This role is ideal for an early-career marketer who's highly organized, detail-oriented and eager to build hands-on experience across a broad range of marketing activities.Who you areHighly organized, reliable and comfortable managing multiple prioritiesA strong communicator, both written and verbalDetail-oriented, with a focus on accuracy and follow-throughCollaborative and positive, with a “pitch-in” mindsetComfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing prioritiesWhat you will do:Coordinate marketing executionSupport the execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives across channelsCoordinate the development, review and distribution of marketing materialsGather inputs, track approvals and ensure timelines are metMaintain marketing calendars, plans and status documentationSupport project and process managementAssist with project tracking using tools such as Workfront, SharePoint or similar platformsUpdate status reports, track deliverables and flag risks or delaysEnable strong collaborationCoordinate meetings, materials and follow-ups to keep work moving forwardAct as a point of contact for day-to-day marketing coordination needsContent supportAssist with drafting, reviewing and updating marketing copy and contentEnsure materials align with brand guidelines, voice and plain language principlesSupport website updates, email deployments and content publishingReporting and optimizationSupport basic reporting and performance tracking for campaigns and tacticsCompile data, reports and insights for review by marketing leadsHelp identify opportunities to improve processes, workflows and consistencyWhat you will bring:1-3 years of experience in Marketing, Communications or a related role (internship or co-op experience considered)Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related fieldComfort working with Microsoft 365 and marketing/project management toolsAbility to learn quickly and adapt in a regulated or structured environmentGiven the size and scope of our organization, we have the flexibility for this position to be located in the following head office locations: London, Toronto and Winnipeg. This is a hybrid position with 3 office days per week.-The base salary for this position is between $45,900 - $76,400 annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc).
