- Serve as the subject matter expert for Salesforce/CRM systems, promoting optimal utilization across the sales organization through comprehensive training programs and best practice initiatives.
- Design, test, and implement analytical reports and dashboards that track critical KPIs including sales representative performance, pipeline volume and quality, and revenue outcomes.
- Maintain data integrity through disciplined data governance practices and lead corrective action initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure strategic alignment and continuous optimization of CRM applications.
- Manage lead and opportunity workflows to support pipeline health and sales effectiveness.
- Develop and execute the Inside Sales strategy for Siemens Canada, establishing sustainable revenue growth initiatives.
- Own and develop 1-2 strategic customer accounts, delivering measurable sales performance and customer satisfaction outcomes.
- Align marketing, business development, and sales teams to ensure seamless customer engagement and consistent market positioning.
- Project manage sales transformation initiatives and drive adoption of sales efficiency tools (Bombora, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesforce Sales Engagement, Outreach, and similar platforms).
- Coordinate market intelligence processes to maintain a comprehensive understanding of market dynamics and competitive positioning.
- Administer user permissions and data management for Smart Infrastructure market intelligence tools.
- Lead customer feedback and voice-of-customer initiatives, ensuring appropriate sample sizes and survey quality.
- Analyze feedback results and facilitate cross-functional follow-up with business units to drive continuous improvement.
- Prepare executive-level reports and presentations for sales leadership covering market intelligence, NPS, sales initiatives, and performance analysis.
- Support the Head of Sales in executing strategic initiatives and organizational objectives.
- Provide regional sales teams with operational support and guidance as required.
- Participate in market development activities, including customer events, trade fairs, conferences, and industry workshops.
- Education: MBA or equivalent advanced degree in Sales, Strategy, Marketing, or related discipline.
- Experience: 4-5 years of progressive professional experience in sales excellence, sales operations, sales administration, account management office, or comparable roles.
- Technical Expertise: Advanced proficiency with Salesforce/CRM systems and demonstrated understanding of modern sales processes and strategies.
- Software Proficiency: Advanced competency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel; ability to develop data-driven presentations and analytical models.
- Analytical Skills: Demonstrated ability to interpret complex datasets and translate findings into actionable business insights.
- Project Management: Strong organizational and project management capabilities with ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to senior leadership; strong interpersonal skills and collaborative approach.
