TON RÔLE DANS NOTRE ÉQUIPEReporting to the Sales Manager, the candidate will provide a versatile role in supporting the Atlantic Sales team, in addition to participating in day-to-day sales activities. The primary functions of the candidate would be to be the first point of contact for local sales team, represents the image and values of the company, welcomes visitors and customers with warmth and kindness, serve and process orders from walk in clients, provides customers with general assistance & information, direct clients to the appropriate sales team specialist when required along with providing various administrative duties to support the local sales and technical team.THE CHALLENGES WE HAVE FOR YOU
  • Welcome visitors & customers warmly and with kindness;
  • Serve customers and process counter sales;
  • Assist customers with questions (inventory availability, delivery times, technical questions, etc.);
  • Support sales team with customer quotes;
  • Ensure that client orders are complete and not missing any key component or accessories;
  • Provide basic technical support to clients;
  • Review industry web sites for tenders and assist in managing projects with sales team in CRM software;
  • Assist sales manager and local sales team with various sales reporting and analysis;
  • Direct calls and customers to appropriate sales/technical specialist when required;
  • Assist in planning & organizing client events;
  • Manage various association memberships along with insuring that sales team assists the various association events;
  • Generating and managing PO's to suppliers for local sales team;
  • Contribute to the evolution of the position held;
THE SKILLS WE ARE LOOKING FORAcademic :
  • College certificate in sales and or administration or equivalent.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience relevant to the field of employment;
Knowledge :
  • Good command of computer tools (Office Suite, Excel, Word, Salesforce……);
  • Bilingual (English - French).
Skills and attitudes :
  • Excellent customer service skills;
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills;
  • Dynamism, organization and management of priorities;
  • Appreciate teamwork;
  • Open-mindedness, adaptability.
Working conditions :
  • 40-hour work schedule per week
