- Strengthen investment decision-making by delivering advanced analytics and timely insights across the full investment lifecycle, from origination and underwriting to portfolio management and capital planning.
- Lead the design and implementation of integrated technology solutions that connect CRM, pipeline management, portfolio monitoring, and reporting systems into a cohesive investment platform.
- Architect and maintain scalable data infrastructure, consolidating internal and third-party data into a unified investment intelligence framework.
- Develop executive-ready dashboards and analytical tools that deliver actionable insights across fund performance, direct and co-investments, sponsor exposure, and portfolio construction.
- Evaluate, select, and implement external vendor platforms to improve workflow efficiency, portfolio oversight, and cross-strategy reporting capabilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, mathematics, finance, engineering, or a related field.
- Experience within private capital or institutional investing, ideally in a data, analytics, or technology-focused role.
- Strong understanding of private equity structures, including fund commitments, co-investments, secondaries, and growth or venture investment models.
- Advanced proficiency in Python and modern analytics/visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI), with the ability to translate complex financial data into decision-ready insights.
- Data engineering or web development experience; skilled in interactive visualizations (React, Vue, JavaScript) to enhance user experience.
- Experience designing and operating scalable cloud-based data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks), with strong knowledge of data modeling and governance.
- Experience applying modern AI-assisted engineering and analytics workflows to enhance development efficiency and investment decision support.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to operate independently while collaborating effectively with investment professionals and enterprise technology teams.
- Operating at the intersection of investing and technology, translating complex investment requirements into scalable data and platform solutions.
- Building institutional-grade data and analytics capabilities in a fast-evolving environment while balancing immediate business needs with long-term architecture.
- Supporting senior stakeholders with timely, decision-critical insights where accuracy, discretion, and judgment are essential.
- Managing competing priorities across investment teams while maintaining disciplined execution and platform integrity.
