📍 Cloverdale, BCNorth Western Property Maintenance (NWPM) is hiring a Landscape Construction Foreman to lead our synthetic grass and landscape construction crews. This role is for a hands-on leader who runs clean, efficient job sites, takes pride in quality installs, and enjoys seeing projects transform from start to finish. If you’re the type who gets real satisfaction from stepping back at the end of a job and seeing the results of your work, you’ll fit right in.We are a Lean, continuous-improvement-driven company focused on working smarter, improving every day, and developing strong leaders from within.Primary ResponsibilitiesLead and manage landscape construction crews with a strong focus on synthetic grass installationsPlan daily work, manage job flow, and keep projects on schedulePerform and oversee base prep, grading, edging, turf installation, and finishing detailsRead plans, manage materials, and ensure quality standards are metMaintain clean, safe, and professional job sitesTrain, mentor, and hold crew members accountableCommunicate progress, issues, and improvement opportunities with managementSeasonal / Winter OperationsOperate company plow trucks and salting equipment during winter monthsClear roadways, strata complexes, and commercial properties safely and efficientlyParticipate in an on-call rotation during winter snow and ice eventsAvailability may include early mornings, evenings, overnight, and weekends as required by weather conditionsFollow winter operations SOPs, routes, and safety proceduresWhat We’re Looking ForMinimum 2 years of hands-on landscape construction experience; synthetic grass experience is a strong asset but not requiredProven leadership and job-site organization skillsPhysically capable and hands-on — you lead by exampleReliable, punctual, and detail-orientedPositive attitude with a problem-solving mindsetValid driver’s license requiredWhat We OfferCompetitive wages based on experienceYear-round, steady employmentFull training and ongoing developmentExtended medical and dental benefitsClear opportunities for advancementA strong team culture with summer events, Christmas events, and company gatheringsA Lean, continuous improvement culture where your ideas and input matter
