- Manage roles and user permissions within the Concur system.
- Monitor system health and performance, troubleshooting any issues that arise.
- Collaborate with IT teams to integrate Concur with other systems and tools used within the organization.
- Manage data imports and exports, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Monitor status of integrations, troubleshooting and triaging any issues that arise.
- Maintain data integrity within Concur and resolve any discrepancies.
- Configure Concur to meet our organization's specific requirements and policies.
- Customize workflows, approval processes, and expense categories as needed.
- Stay updated on new features and functionality releases, assessing their applicability to our organization's needs.
- Ensure compliance with corporate travel and expense policies by configuring Concur accordingly.
- Provide guidance and support to employees on policy adherence and system usage.
- Conduct training sessions for new users and provide ongoing support to existing users.
- Create and maintain user documentation and training materials.
- Act as a point of contact for technical support issues, escalating as necessary.
- Bachelor's degree in Technology, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Proven experience as a Concur Administrator or similar role.
- Strong understanding of Concur functionalities, configurations, and best practices.
- Having taken Concur Expense Administrator and Configuration Tools Training, is a plus.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with technical and cross-functional teams from both, business and IT.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to balance competing initiatives between project delivery and customer support.
- Good judgment, a sense of urgency, and commitment to high standards of ethics, regulatory compliance, customer service and business integrity.

- Hours of work are a regular 40-hour work week, Monday to Friday, with the potential for extended work hours based on business needs.
- Travel: Minimal travel required.
