- Lead the development and day-to-day execution of full-funnel marketing strategies across commercial segments (e.g., Property Management, Hospitality, Education, Retail, Healthcare, Construction, etc.)
- Design and implement robust lead nurturing programs using CRM tools to guide prospects from initial interest to conversion
- Partner with creative team to develop targeted content strategies and personalized communication flows that address various stages of the commercial journey
- Partner with Residential Marketing team on shared paid media (e.g., SEO, PPC, PMAX) to ensure commercial needs are represented
- Oversee CRM-based marketing strategy and lead management workflows in partnership with Sales
- Develop and execute a strategic event and field marketing roadmap to generate qualified leads and strengthen brand presence within key verticals
- Leverage market and field insights to inform local marketing activations that drive regional growth and franchise participation
- Use a test-and-learn mindset to rapidly experiment, measure, and scale performance-driven marketing programs
- Monitor and optimize key marketing metrics including CAC, ROAS, MQL/SQL volume, conversion rates, and pipeline velocity
- 7–10+ years in B2B digital/growth marketing, ideally with SMB or commercial service businesses
- Proven track record of executing and optimizing performance marketing programs across multiple channels
- Experience owning campaigns hands-on (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, CRO, SEO, lifecycle email)
- Strong understanding of CRM platforms and experience managing lead flow across marketing and sales
- Experience in entrepreneurial or startup-like marketing environments; comfortable doing the work while managing a small team
- Strong communication, analytical, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Bonus: Experience working in franchise, multi-location, or distributed business models
