- Provide a concierge approach to the guest purchasing experience – warm, inviting, engaged.
- Lead daily, weekly, monthly training efforts for Guest Advisors
- Present purchase options to guests.
- Monitor and manage all Guest Advisor lead pipelines using Dealer Socket CRM tools.
- Perform daily manager follow-up phone calls.
- Drive traffic into the dealership by scheduling appointments with in-house Guest Advisors.
- Promote new business and contribute to company's customer base and referral network.
- Maintain focus on the customer experience and actively pursue high CXI results.
- Develop expert knowledge of our products and accessories.
- Full training will be provided.
- Previous automotive experience required.
- Previous client support experience is required.
- Demonstrated aptitude for building client relationships and creating business opportunities.
- Passion for customer service. You enjoy talking with them, identifying their needs, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. English fluency is required, ability to speak 2nd language (Mandarin/Cantonese) is an asset.
- Driven to succeed, self-starter, with a strong work ethic.
- Coachable and open to continuous learning and development.
- Effective negotiator and possess a great deal of professionalism.
- Strong computer skills (including MS Office suite proficiency).
- Valid VSA License preferred but not mandatory.
- Valid BC Driver's License, with a clean driver's abstract
