- Oversee daily operations of the skip tracing function to ensure effective execution and consistent results.
- Manage skip tracing activities across various account types and stages.
- Review outcomes and escalate issues as required.
- Deliver assigned monthly and quarterly performance targets.
- Monitor key performance indicators related to productivity, quality, and recovery outcomes.
- Analyze performance trends and implement corrective actions where necessary.
- Prepare and present performance reporting to management.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of skip tracers.
- Establish clear expectations for productivity, quality, and compliance.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.
- Support onboarding, training, and development initiatives.
- Develop and implement skip tracing strategies to improve efficiency and results.
- Identify opportunities to enhance workflows, tools, and investigative methods.
- Support process improvements aligned with organizational objectives.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align skip tracing efforts.
- Coordinate with external service providers supporting skip tracing and recovery activities.
- Monitor vendor performance and address service or performance issues as needed.
- Support vendor strategy changes to improve outcomes.
- Ensure all activities are conducted in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records.
- Support audits, reviews, and regulatory inquiries as required.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Skip tracing, collections, or asset recovery.
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in a people management or supervisory role.
- Demonstrated experience managing performance metrics and operational targets.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with skip tracing tools, databases, and investigative techniques.
- Working knowledge of consumer protection, privacy, and collections regulations.
- Experience managing complex or high-risk recovery portfolios preferably in the Sub-Prime Auto industry.

- Expected base salary range is $65,000 - $80,000 , plus the opportunity to earn uncapped monthly, quarterly & annual bonuses tied to performance—your success drives your earnings.
