Job Category: DriversJob Description:Clean Harbors in Guelph, ON is seeking a Class AZ Driver to join their safety conscious team! The successful candidate will transport and perform a variety of pickups using Vacuum Trucks, Tankers and Tractor Trailer units for various customers throughout the GTA.Why work for Clean Harbors?

Responsibilities:

Driving Vac Trucks and Tanker units throughout the GTA transporting a variety of materials (i.e. Wastewater Treatment materials).
Ensuring that Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and always acting in a safe manner.
Drive, operate and maintain assigned units.
Drive and operate Class AZ Tractor Trailer & Tanker units.
Drive and operate Vac Truck and Vac Tanker units.
Guarantee proper loading and unloading of hazardous/non-hazardous waste.
Perform pre-and-post-trip inspections and ensure the equipment is always mechanically sound and in good working order.
Ensure proper placarding of vehicles to meet all requirements and regulations.
Complete field level risk assessments and other related paperwork.
Work as part of a team with customers, co-workers & supervisors.
Drive units for work throughout GTA - 401, 403, and 407 Highways in Ontario.

Qualifications:

AZ Commercial Driver's License & 3 years' operating experience.
Previous Tanker Experience Required.
Previous Vacuum Truck Experience Preferred.
Manual Transmission Experience Required.
Complete physicality of position.
Adhere to all Transportation Compliance policies.
