The Personal Services Business Intelligence Department handles data and analytics needs for the Personal Services Executive Division. The department designs and develops dashboards and analyzes end-to-end performance data to support decision-making. As a business intelligence practice leader, you play a strategic role in transforming data into value-added information to support and accelerate decision-making across the organization. You mobilize teams to fully leverage the potential of data and help achieve business objectives. You serve as a resource person and coach for management and decision-making bodies. You interact with a very large number of stakeholders working in a wide range of fields and advise decision-making committees on strategic directions and business positions.
