Job Title: Data Governance Analyst
Location: Toronto, Ontario
Duration: 6 MonthsIntroductionThe Data Governance Analyst role is integral to maintaining the integrity and compliance of application records within our systems. This position focuses on ensuring data quality, taxonomy alignment, and adherence to enterprise standards.Required Skills & Qualifications

6–8 years of experience in data governance or related fields
Proficiency in Change Management and ServiceNow
Experience with APM, TDAR, CMDB, CSDM, TAM, OSFI B-13
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Prior work experience at client or in client's industry

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

Experience generating dashboards and reports
Familiarity with KPI and KRI reporting
Understanding of Technology Asset Management standards

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Maintain accurate, complete, and compliant application records within the APM system and TDAR
Oversee change request governance, including validating new entries, updates, and decommissioning requests
Act as a liaison between Application Owners, Technology Owners, ServiceNow platform teams, and ETAM Governance
Provide guidance on APM standards, data entry requirements, and compliance expectations
Contribute to compliance activities aligned with internal governance policies
