By joining our global team and learning from renowned subject matter experts, we can offer you a diverse career that could take you anywhere in the world.Lycopodium is currently recruiting for a Lead Estimator to join our growing Studies team in Mississauga, Ontario.Reporting to the General Manager Studies - Americas & Vancouver Operations the Lead Estimator will ensure delivery of capital cost estimates in alignment with the company's, client's and project requirements in terms of accuracy, quality, and schedule.The tasks you'll perform

Support the General Manager Studies to consistently achieve high quality and accurate estimates, which are developed on time and in accordance with project and/or study requirements.
Adopt and follow the various (project specific and Company) procedures, systems work practices, plans and protocols required to work efficiently and maintaining a consistent approach and high standard of work.
Work collaboratively with personnel across all business units.

The expertise you'll bring

Minimum 10 years' experience in various aspects of Estimating and Project Management in the mineral processing and related industries.
Provide mentoring and identify avenues of professional development and succession planning for personnel such as but not limited to estimating project staff and estimating study staff.
Demonstrated ability to achieve consistently high standards within both budgetary and schedule constraints.
University degree in Engineering or equivalent industry training.
