- Review of critical asset conditions through operational, vibration, and ancillary data.
- Assist Rig Operations with maintenance and installations of conditional monitoring hardware and sensors.
- Collaborate with multiple departments to support equipment maintenance and inspections.
- Provide clear diagnostic reports with supporting evidence, severity, and actionable recommendations.
- Lead/ participate in root cause analysis (RCA) for relevant equipment.
- Assist in optimizing alarms and thresholds of equipment health states for Field Teams.
- Assist in developments of Conditional Monitoring Program (additional hardware, software changes).
- Experience in diagnostics of mechanical and electrical systems.
- Experience in bearing and gear fault analysis.
- Experience in EAM or CMMS systems is considered an asset.
- Strong understanding of signal processing (FFT, PSD, demodulation, filtering, order tracking).
- Familiarity with ISO vibration standards and API/ANSI/ASME rotating equipment standards.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, problem solving, and communication skills.
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Industrial Engineering/Technology (or equivalent experience).
- Vibration Analysis Category II Certification is preferred.
- 2+ years’ experience with vibration analysis.
- Experience with drilling rigs or heavy equipment is preferred.
