Job DescriptionWhat is the Opportunity?Our Client Systems team is looking for a Senior Delivery Lead to help oversee the delivery of large, complex initiatives that bring together a diverse set of tech stacks and teams. You will bring proven leadership skills, ability to guide and influence others, the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders at multiple levels and communicate updates to senior audience. In this role, you will be part of a high-performing team that sits at the core of everything that is done at the bank.   • Lead the delivery of multiple Agile projects, ensuring timely, within-budget completion that is aligned to strategic business priorities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, testing teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication
  • Manage and mitigate risks, issues, and conflicts that may impact project delivery
  • Oversee the development of project plans, resource allocation, and financials
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness
  • Build and manage reporting and team metrics to measure project success and team performance
What do you need to succeed?Must have:
  • 10+ years of combined Project Management and Scrum Master experience working on medium-to-high complexity initiatives.
  • 5+ years of experience in Agile Project Management and/or Senior Scrum Master roles, with expertise in both waterfall and Agile methodologies.
  • Extensive experience in managing technology and business projects with high degree of complexity, systems integration and organizational change management.
  • Proven ability to manage high-visibility projects with strong executive presence and excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
Nice-to-have:
  • Experience in a matrix environment, such as a large, publicly-traded corporation
  • Ability to facilitate between and influence key decision makers
  • Strategic thinker with excellent interpersonal skills to work across functions and businesses
  • Previous experience in Client Data or Regulatory environments
