Family Physician with expertise in dermatology for a Preventive Care Clinic

• Dermatology Services: Deliver comprehensive dermatological care, including the diagnosis, treatment, and management of a wide range of skin conditions such as acne, eczema, psoriasis, and skin cancer. Conduct comprehensive skin assessments, mole mapping, skin cancer screenings, biopsies, and other procedural and minor surgical dermatology services.

• Patient Care: Develop individualized, patient-centered treatment plans and provide a high standard of evidence-based care for both OHIP and private services.

• Patient Education: Educate and counsel patients on skin health, disease prevention, and treatment options, empowering them to take an active role in managing their health.

• Preventive Services: Perform annual skin screenings and biopsies as needed, ensuring optimal patient comfort and outcomes.

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including physician associates, naturopathic doctors, exercise physiologists, and other healthcare providers.

• Documentation: Utilize Accuro EMR for all patient encounters and follow-up communications via Medeo.

• Medical degree and valid license to practice in Ontario.

• Formal dermatology training and experience beyond injectables (mole mapping, skin checks, biopsies, etc.) is required.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.

• Daily minimum with potential for long-term earnings under our activity-based model.
