- Product and Systems Leadership
- Lead cross-functional teams through all phases of hardware development—from pre-silicon preparation & de-risk, platform bring-up & validation, power & performance optimization and production
- Drive and collaborate with silicon design, FW & SW development, platform validation and optimization and systems design to deliver the product on schedule with exceptional quality
- Systems Debug
- Lead systems and silicon debug to ensure the product achieves all quality metrics
- Use your systems background to debug complex product and systems issues to root cause and resolution using the latest industry hardware and software tools and collaborating with experts across AMD
- Technical Innovation
- Develop test plans to address coverage gaps, identify & develop methods & tools to improve quality and time-to-market
- Engage in pre-silicon emulation, simulation, and product engineering to ensure readiness for validation, manufacturing and launch
- Customer Engagement
- Collaborate with Enterprise End Client/OEM/ODM partners on hardware integration challenges and co-validation
- Release & Delivery
- Sign off on product health metrics to ensure quality and timely delivery
- Oversee test execution and debug leadership across multiple platforms and teams.
- Experience in silicon bring-up and post-silicon debug
- Hands-on proficiency with lab equipment for digital and analog analysis
- Deep knowledge of system architecture: CPUs, GPUs, PCIe Gen5, Display interfaces and power management
- Familiarity with AI, software, firmware, and hardware validation methodologies.
- Programming/scripting skills (Python, C/C++, Perl)
- Understanding of pre-silicon emulation, tapeout processes, and manufacturing
- Strong technical background in PC systems and graphics
- Proven leadership, critical thinking, analytical and organizational skills
- Excellent communication
- Familiarity with Microsoft and Linux OS, virtualization (VMware, Xen), and certification processes
