- Perform production tasks as planned by the department including the assembly of train components onto the train car body (e.g. sidewall panel fastening and drilling)
- Installation of internal components (sub-assembled) onto the train car body
- Complies with EH&S rules and safe working procedure at all times
- Clean and maintain working areas and production equipment
- Set up production equipment: workstation, test benches, inspection tools, warehouse equipment
- Respect task time and quality level assigned by operating instructions, methods process and MRP routing
- Identify parts as required by the operating instructions prior to installations
- Monitor the production process and carry out basic testing and quality checks
- Handle, store goods and raw materials in the factory or the warehouse
- Alert Team Leadership on process drift or quality problem
- Complete tally sheet on the MRP tool if requested by the Team leader
- Pack goods ready for shipment in crates or other containers
- Respect ESD rules for electronics devices production
- Manufacturing efficiency: spent time vs methods time

- EHS rules respect
- Experienced operator in Electronics, Electrical or Mechanical setting. Industrial working environment experience
- More than 2 years of experience in Industrial or Manufacturing unit, on electronics, electrical or mechanical devices
- Manufacturing effectiveness
- Quality focus – reporting in electronic system for status updates, defects, or scheduling updates
- Collaboration / Communication with Transparency / Teamwork
- Spoken and written English communication is required
