Perform production tasks as planned by the department including the assembly of train components onto the train car body (e.g. sidewall panel fastening and drilling)
Installation of internal components (sub-assembled) onto the train car body
Complies with EH&S rules and safe working procedure at all times
Clean and maintain working areas and production equipment
Set up production equipment: workstation, test benches, inspection tools, warehouse equipment
Respect task time and quality level assigned by operating instructions, methods process and MRP routing
Identify parts as required by the operating instructions prior to installations
Monitor the production process and carry out basic testing and quality checks
Handle, store goods and raw materials in the factory or the warehouse
Alert Team Leadership on process drift or quality problem
Complete tally sheet on the MRP tool if requested by the Team leader
Pack goods ready for shipment in crates or other containers
Respect ESD rules for electronics devices production

EXPERIENCE PREREQUISITES & REQUIRED COMPETENCESEducational Requirements: Describe the minimum educational requirement/levelMandatory:

Experienced operator in Electronics, Electrical or Mechanical setting. Industrial working environment experience

Experience: Describe the knowledge and experience required for this role

More than 2 years of experience in Industrial or Manufacturing unit, on electronics, electrical or mechanical devices

Competencies & Skills

Manufacturing effectiveness
Quality focus – reporting in electronic system for status updates, defects, or scheduling updates
Collaboration / Communication with Transparency / Teamwork
Spoken and written English communication is required
