- Maintain compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
- Support administrative tasks related to the accounting department as needed.
- Proven experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and account reconciliation.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks for accounting tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in financial records.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Effective communication skills to liaise with clients and team members.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Post-secondary education in accounting, finance, or a related field is an asset.
